DeFacto wanted an engaging summer party that would resonate with employees and guests while staying true to the brand’s youthful tone. The challenge was to create a fresh event identity that worked across large-scale physical builds, stage signage, and interactive activity areas within a tight production schedule.
The concept for Defacto Yaz Partisi was born from the desire to bring DeFacto’s cheerful and optimistic brand identity into a real-world experience that employees could feel and celebrate together. The event team envisioned a summer festival that captured the brand’s youthful spirit, combining color, music, and movement into a day of connection and joy. They wanted to design an atmosphere where every visual detail, from signage to stage design, reflected the warmth and positivity that define DeFacto.

To bring this vision to life, the creative team collaborated closely with RealPeople to shape a cohesive event identity. They explored summer color palettes, playful typography, and large-scale structures that could transform the venue into an immersive world. Each visual element was designed with both aesthetics and usability in mind, helping guests navigate spaces while reinforcing the party’s upbeat energy. The entrance archway, wayfinding system, and game areas were all developed through a mix of digital mockups and 3D visualization to ensure a smooth and engaging visitor flow.

The result was more than a corporate gathering; it was an experience that embodied DeFacto’s culture of togetherness. Employees and guests were welcomed into a vibrant, open environment that encouraged participation and play. The success of the Defacto Yaz Partisi showed how thoughtful visual design can turn an internal event into a powerful expression of brand identity, transforming a summer celebration into a lasting memory of creativity and connection.
